Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash - pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 count)
- 5 - american cheese slices, halved
How To Make cheeseburger turnovers

Step 1Combine meat, onion, salt, and pepper; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until meat is browned.

Step 2Place 2 biscuits, slightly overlapping, on well floured surface. Roll until biscuits form an oval about 5" long. Fill with about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture on 1 biscuit and top with 2 half slices of cheese.

Step 3Moisten edges with water, fold the second biscuit over the filling and seal with fork. Prick top.

Step 4Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
