- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk (use soup can to measure)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or colby cheese
- 2 pounds cooked potatoes, sliced

Step 1Brown beef and onions in skillet. Stir to separate meat. When meat is done pour off grease. Stir in soup and milk and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes and heat thoroughly. Serve with a salad and bread.
