Use your favorite croutons or make your own. We made our own by cubing several leftover rolls and tossing them in a skillet with melted butter. Add your favorite seasoning, such as garlic powder, and toast until golden brown. Also, adjust the ingredients of the "sauce" to suit your taste.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 2 bunches green leaf lettuce, torn
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 - tomatoes, diced
- 8 - pickle spears, cubed or sliced
- 1 - red onion, sliced

How To Make cheeseburger salad

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain.

Step 2Add ketchup, mustards, and barbecue sauce. (Adjust taste as needed.) Heat through.

Step 3Serve meat mixture over lettuce. Top with cheese, tomatoes, pickles, onion, and croutons.
