A hit with the kids, this is simple and uses ingredients you probably already have waiting.

TIP: if you have a large crowd or want leftovers, use one whole can of crescents for each top and bottom crust, and increase beef to 1 1/2 pounds

  • ·

    of cheddar cheese
  • ·
    eggwash

How to Make Cheeseburger Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown, season, and drain beef. Stir in soup.
  2. Unroll crescents into two halves. Butter bottom of dish and press half (4 triangles) into bottom of dish, spreading as even as possible and pressing seams together. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer half the beef mixure, cheddar cheese, rest of beef, more cheese.
  4. Place remaining crescents on top, stretching over to make a crust. Press seams, poke holes to vent, and brush with eggwash. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until top is brown and crescents are no longer raw.
