Ingredients
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 8 slices, american cheese
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 beef favored bouillon cube
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make cheeseburger pie

Step 1Bake pie shell for 8 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven.

Step 2Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

Step 3Meanwhile, cut 6 slices cheese into pieces. In large skillet, brown meat; pour off fat.

Step 4Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and bouillon; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.

Step 5Remove from heat; stir in eggs; flour and cheese pieces.

Step 6Turn into prepared pie shell. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 7Arrange remaining 2 slices cheese on top. Return to oven 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.

Step 8Refrigerate leftovers.
