2Form beef into patties and season with salt, pepper and onion powder.
Fry patties untill done. drain on a papper towel.
3Mix enough flour in hot oil to make a rue( about the consistancy of pudding) add milk and wisk till lumps are gone, cook till bubbly even when stirred. add salt and pepper to taste. (If you dont want to use a lot of milk you can thin with water)
4Place a half of a bun on a plate then a pattie, next cheese, then potatoes, cover with gravy. Enjoy!
