Trying to figure out what to do with ground beef that night. I saw the new jar of cheese sauce and thought "cheeseburger"! Put it in a casserole instead of a bun. Good with crumbled bacon on top too!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pound ground chuck, cooked
  • 1 can rotele diced tomatoes w/chiles
  • 1 jar ragu cheddar cheese sauce
  • 3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup french fried onions
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make cheeseburger casserole

  • Step 1
    mix first four ingredients together, pour into casserole, top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and french fried onions. Bake at 350 for 30 min's or until bubbly.
