Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    beef broth
  • 4 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    yellow mustard
  • 6 tsp
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder ( more if you desire)
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lawry's seasoned salt
  • ·
    pepper, to taste
  • ·
    pillsbury country biscuits, baked and cut in half, horizontally . cut sides buttered
  • 1 box
    macaroni and cheese, prepared
  • 1 to 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Cheeseburger Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef with broth, then add Worchestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking pan layer as follows: Biscuits, buttered side down. 1/2 the cheese. The Macaroni and Cheese. The meat mixture. Rest of cheese.
  3. Bake at 350*F uncovered for 10 minutes.

    Offer chopped onions, ketchup, mustard and pickles to top servings of casserole.
