Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 6 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder ( more if you desire)
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lawry's seasoned salt
  • - pepper, to taste
  • - pillsbury country biscuits, baked and cut in half, horizontally . cut sides buttered
  • 1 box macaroni and cheese, prepared
  • 1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make cheeseburger casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown ground beef with broth, then add Worchestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    In a 9x13 inch baking pan layer as follows: Biscuits, buttered side down. 1/2 the cheese. The Macaroni and Cheese. The meat mixture. Rest of cheese.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350*F uncovered for 10 minutes. Offer chopped onions, ketchup, mustard and pickles to top servings of casserole.
