Cheeseburger Casserole

This is a great alternative to a cheeseburger and fries. It is also good made with ground turkey, or even chicken. I have made it using each of these and it was delicious. If using turkey or chicken; cream of mushroom soup is wonderful in this dish instead of the golden mushroom.

steak or burger seasoning
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)
golden mushroom soup
1 pkg
frozen french fries
seasoned salt (optional)

How to Make Cheeseburger Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • 2In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, adding the seasoning when the meat is almost done.
  • 3Stir in both cans of soup and mix well.
  • 4Pour beef mixture into baking dish. Top with a single layer of fries. Sprinkle top with seasoned salt. Bake 30 minutes, or until fries are golden brown and crispy.
