- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup onions,chopped
- 1 can 8 ounce size of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt {best taste}
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits {16 ounce}
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheeseburger casserole

Step 1Combine the ground beef and flour in a skillet

Step 2add the onions,and Brown

Step 3Pour off excess drippings

Step 4Add the tomato sauce,ketchup,salt and pepper

Step 5Pour this mixture into a 1 !/2 quart cassorole dish

Step 6Bake about 10 minutes at 425 degrees {preheated oven}

Step 7Top with the cheese and the biscuits

Step 8Bake about 10-15 minutes longer till golden and bubbly.
