Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    onions,chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    8 ounce size of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt {best taste}
  • 1/8 tsp
    fresh black pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    refrigerated buttermilk biscuits {16 ounce}
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cheeseburger Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the ground beef and flour in a skillet
  2. add the onions,and Brown
  3. Pour off excess drippings
  4. Add the tomato sauce,ketchup,salt and pepper
  5. Pour this mixture into a 1 !/2 quart cassorole dish
  6. Bake about 10 minutes at 425 degrees {preheated oven}
  7. Top with the cheese and the biscuits
  8. Bake about 10-15 minutes longer till golden and bubbly.
  9. {can use more cheese or other kinds of cheese that you like best}I also use garlic powder in the meat sometimes.}
