Cheese-Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf
1 1/4 lb80/20 ground beef
1 1/4 lb90/10 ground beef
1 cpanko bread crumbs
1envelope beefy onion dry soup mix
1 cfrench fried onions
4colby jack cheese sticks (from a 10 ounce pkg)
1 lbhickory smoked bacon, uncooked
How to Make Cheese-Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13X9-inch baking pan with non-stick aluminum foil. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, panko, dry soup mix, eggs, french fried onions, water and ketchup. Mix well with hands.
- Garnish slices with additional French fried onions if desired and serve with your favorite barbeque sauce on the side.
