Ingredients
- 2 - 9 inch deep dish pie crust
- 1 pound round round
- 1 - small onion
- 1/2 - green pepper
- 1 cup fresh button mushrooms
- 4 large eggs, whipped
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese ( your prefrence mild or sharp)
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 6 slices bacon
How To Make cheese burger quiche

Step 1brown ground beef, once browned saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in beef drippings. Set aside. In a large bowl whisk 4 eggs add whipping cream and 1 cup of cheese add beef and veggies and mix well. Pour into pie shells, (makes 2) top with remaining cheese. Crumble cooked bacon on top.

Step 2Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown.
