1brown ground beef, once browned saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in beef drippings. Set aside. In a large bowl whisk 4 eggs add whipping cream and 1 cup of cheese add beef and veggies and mix well. Pour into pie shells, (makes 2) top with remaining cheese. Crumble cooked bacon on top.
2Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown.
