Ingredients For cheese burger casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck,
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 4 lg
    potatoes quartered
  • 6 slice
    valetta cheese

How To Make cheese burger casserole

    Preheat on at 350 degrees. Peel and cut potatoes in quarters and boil until they are almost done. Then patty out beef and place in a deep casserole dish, then peel and dice onion and place on top of beef patties. Bake patties and onions until patties are 2/3 of the way done, make sure you drain fatty often. Place almost done potatoes on beef and onions and put back in oven until everything is completely done, then add cheese on potatoes and bake until cheese is complete melted.
