  • 1 lb
    thin cut beef top round
  • 4 oz
    block cream cheese
  • 1 bunch
  • 1 c
    gouda cheese, shredded

How to Make Cheese and Basil Stuffed Beef


  1. Lay out the round each thin cut top round. take 1 ounce of the cream cheese and spread it over the round.
  2. Cover the cream cheese with fresh basil leaves.
  3. Sprinkle with the Gouda.
  4. roll up the meat and place in a pan.
  5. bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until done through.
  6. After the meat is removed from pan, scrape the bottom and top each round with some of the cheesy sauce.
