Ingredients

  • 1 pound thin cut beef top round
  • 4 ounces block cream cheese
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded

How To Make cheese and basil stuffed beef

  • Step 1
    Lay out the round each thin cut top round. take 1 ounce of the cream cheese and spread it over the round.
  • Step 2
    Cover the cream cheese with fresh basil leaves.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with the Gouda.
  • Step 4
    roll up the meat and place in a pan.
  • Step 5
    bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until done through.
  • Step 6
    After the meat is removed from pan, scrape the bottom and top each round with some of the cheesy sauce. Enjoy!
