Ingredients
- 1 pound thin cut beef top round
- 4 ounces block cream cheese
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
How To Make cheese and basil stuffed beef

Step 1Lay out the round each thin cut top round. take 1 ounce of the cream cheese and spread it over the round.

Step 2Cover the cream cheese with fresh basil leaves.

Step 3Sprinkle with the Gouda.

Step 4roll up the meat and place in a pan.

Step 5bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until done through.

Step 6After the meat is removed from pan, scrape the bottom and top each round with some of the cheesy sauce. Enjoy!
