Cheater's Meatloaf Shepard's Pie
1-2 lbleftover meatloaf (amount differs)
1-2 cpeas and corn (your choice)
1 can(s)mushroom pieces
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1/2 csour cream
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
2 1/2 cinstant mashed potatoes, cooked (i added garlic while cooking)
How to Make Cheater's Meatloaf Shepard's Pie
- Break up leftover meatloaf into greased 9x9 deep casserole dish. Sprinkle (drained or frozen)veggies and drained mushrooms over top.
- In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream and 2 tablespoons of water together. Spread mixture over casserole. Next, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Spread prepared mashed potatoes evenly over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
