Ingredients
- 5 pounds chili grind beef ( i use only range fed hereford )
- 1 package mortons chili blend
- 1 bottle mexxene chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 bottle tabasco green pepper sauce
- 1/2 bottle tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
- 2 bottles hienz chili sauce
- 6 cans tomato sauce ( 8oz.)
- 1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz)
- 1 can beef broth (14.5oz.)
- 3 cups water ( bottled)
How To Make charlie's almost famous chili

Step 1Put meat into your favorite Chili pot on medium high heat. gently brown meat.

Step 2Add both chili blends into pot and mix with mest along with the onion and garlic powder. Stir to prevent burning of dry ingrediants.

Step 3add the tabasco sauces and the broths.

Step 4add tomato sauces and chili sauces stir in and let come to boil for 10 to 12 minutes

Step 5Reduce heat to low boil and add wter to chili pot .

Step 6Let cook down for 3 hours or desired consistancy serves 6 to 10 hungry people at least. goes great with crackers & cheese.
