chili grind beef ( i use only range fed hereford )
1 pkg
mortons chili blend
1 bottle
mexxene chili powder
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1/2 bottle
tabasco green pepper sauce
1/2 bottle
tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
2 bottle
hienz chili sauce
6 can(s)
tomato sauce ( 8oz.)
1 can(s)
chicken broth (14.5 oz)
1 can(s)
beef broth (14.5oz.)
3 c
water ( bottled)

How to Make Charlie's Almost famous Chili


  • 1Put meat into your favorite Chili pot on medium high heat. gently brown meat.
  • 2Add both chili blends into pot and mix with mest along with the onion and garlic powder. Stir to prevent burning of dry ingrediants.
  • 3add the tabasco sauces and the broths.
  • 4add tomato sauces and chili sauces stir in and let come to boil for 10 to 12 minutes
  • 5Reduce heat to low boil and add wter to chili pot .
  • 6Let cook down for 3 hours or desired consistancy serves 6 to 10 hungry people at least. goes great with crackers & cheese.
