chili grind beef ( i use only range fed hereford )
1 pkg
mortons chili blend
1 bottle
mexxene chili powder
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1/2 bottle
tabasco green pepper sauce
1/2 bottle
tabasco chipotle pepper sauce
2 bottle
hienz chili sauce
6 can(s)
tomato sauce ( 8oz.)
1 can(s)
chicken broth (14.5 oz)
1 can(s)
beef broth (14.5oz.)
3 c
water ( bottled)


1Put meat into your favorite Chili pot on medium high heat. gently brown meat.
2Add both chili blends into pot and mix with mest along with the onion and garlic powder. Stir to prevent burning of dry ingrediants.
3add the tabasco sauces and the broths.
4add tomato sauces and chili sauces stir in and let come to boil for 10 to 12 minutes
5Reduce heat to low boil and add wter to chili pot .
6Let cook down for 3 hours or desired consistancy serves 6 to 10 hungry people at least. goes great with crackers & cheese.
