How To Make charlie boys

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together

Step 2

Bring to a boil on medium-high heat
Step 3

Once it reaches a boil, turn heat to low
Step 4

Simmer until almost dry
Step 5

Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours
