"celebrating home's" famous coca-cola pot roast
(3 RATINGS)
My sister is a representative of a company called "Celebrating Home" which sales consist of candles, home decor and crockery. One of their best selling line of items is bean pots. These come in different shapes, sizes and colors and are made of oven proof crockery and can be used to cook dry beans in the oven. They taste wonderful cooked this way! This recipe is one they share with their customers and it's so delicious as well. You can use any baking dish that is covered or cover with aluminum foil to keep the moisture in while baking.
