Ingredients
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1/2 - minced onion
- 1 small cauliflower head
- - salt
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make cauliflower with ground beef

Step 1Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water.

Step 2Prepare ingredients.

Step 3Slice cauliflower into 1/4\" thick slices.

Step 4Place oil in wok and heat to smoking point.

Step 5Add ground beef and onion to it.

Step 6Stir fry meat until it is browned (about 3 minutes).

Step 7Add cauliflower, salt, soya sauce and 3/4 cup of water.

Step 8Cover wok and cook ingredients a full 10 minutes.

Step 9Lift cover up occasionally to stir cauliflower so all of it will cook uniformly.

Step 10Stir up corn starch solution, add to mixture, stir thoroughly.

Step 11NOTE: Pork or chicken may be substituted for ground beef.
