I love this Chili. It started as plain, by the time I got done, WOW is all I can say. Can be doubled to feed more. Please note that the Rotel can be left out for those who would rather not go up in flames

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 2 small shallots
- 1 can green chilis {4-6 oz}
- 1 can rotel original diced tomatoes {10oz}
- 2 cans hunt's tomato sauce {8oz}
- 1 can texas style beans {15oz}
- 1 tablespoon corn
- 1 small onion
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes {14 1/2oz}
How To Make cattleman's steak chili

Step 1cut stew meat down into smaller sizes, brown with hamburger until no longer pink in large size skillet

Step 2dice both shallotts. In small skillet brown shallots with a small bit of butter til clear or lightly brown, add to meat.

Step 3empty can of Texas syle beans & Rotel into colander & rinse in cold water for about a minute, add to meat mix

Step 4to meat mix, add tomato sauce, green chilis, can of fire roasted tomatoes & corn, mix well & simmer uncovered for about 7 minutes. Serve, top with cheese & extra onion.
