Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - onion medium chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, fresh or canned
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cups noodles whole wheat rotini
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning ( or to taste)
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt fat free plain
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
- 1 can tomatoes (diced with basil,garlic & oregano
- SPELL OUT COME NIGHT WITH INGREDIENTS
How To Make casserole come night

Step 1Brown Hamburger & Drain.

Step 2Boil noodles & drain.

Step 3Saute onions & mushrooms in oil until tender.

Step 4Mix all ingredients together and simmer slowly to blend flavors. Optional to top with parmesan cheese. Can serve as is or make ahead & bake later at 350 for half hour.
