We usually serve this with tortillas and make tacos. But you can serve it with Mexican rice and borracho beans. You can use shoulder or round steak also if you prefer. I have used stew meat on occasion.

Ingredients
- 1 1/z pounds boneless chuck steak
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced small
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin

Step 1Cube the beef,

Step 2Heat the oil in a skillet.

Step 3Add the beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic.

Step 4Cook until beef is browned and veggies tender.

Step 5Add flour and stir until blended well.

Step 6Add broth and tomatoes, salt, pepper and cumin. Stir to mix well.

Step 7Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Step 8Serve with flour tortillas.
