oil

thinly sliced onion
1/3 clove
soy sauce

red wine
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
2 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
water
1 tsp
salt

How to Make Cantonese Celery And Beef Slivers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut meat into very thin slices. Fry until browned in deep fat. Drain well on paper towels. Heat oil in skillet. Add celery and onion and saute 3 minutes. Add meat along with remaining ingredients mixed together. Mix thoroughly and cook 1-2 minutes.
