Ingredients
- 2 cups celery cut diagonally
- 1 pound sirloin or other tender steak
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/3 clove soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make cantonese celery and beef slivers

Step 1Cut meat into very thin slices. Fry until browned in deep fat. Drain well on paper towels. Heat oil in skillet. Add celery and onion and saute 3 minutes. Add meat along with remaining ingredients mixed together. Mix thoroughly and cook 1-2 minutes.
