Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper - cored, seeded, chopped
  • 1 large
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    bbq sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 can(s)
    baked beans (8 oz.)

How to Make Camp Fired-up Sloppy Joes


  1. Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 6 to 8 minutes in large skillet or until everything is fully done.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Transfer beef mixture to crockpot.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, bbq sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and chili powder.
  5. Transfer ketchup mixture to crockpot.
  6. Add baked beans.
  7. Stir well to combine.
  8. Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
