Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 package chili seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14.5 ounces tomatoes, chopped
- 8 ounces corn, drained
- 2.25 ounces olives, sliced and drained
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal

Step 1In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well.

Step 3Add ground beef and remaining ingredients except cheese and 2 tablespoons cornmeal; stir to mix.

Step 4Pour into 12x8\" lightly greased baking dish.

Step 5Bake in 350 oven 35-40 minutes.

Step 6Sprinkle with cheese and 2 tablespoons cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts.
