  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 c
  • 1 14-oz can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 12 oz
    corn, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    elbow macaroni, dry
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make California Skillet


  1. Heat oil in large skillet and brown the meat and onion. Drain fat. Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese.
  2. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, or until macaroni is tender. Uncover, and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
