Cajun Seasoned Stuffed Cheeseburger

Rose Daly

I was getting tired of the same old type of cheeseburger. So this is what I came up with. The amounts are just " a little of this and a little of that" so if you want to change anything please go right ahead. :) You might have to tear off the corners of the cheese to fit the burger, if you do just place the remaining cheese on top of the burger after cooking.Posted to "ZAAR" ( a.k.a on December 7th, 2008. 1. Fry bacon until slightly crisp, set aside, DO NOT DISCARD 1 Tablespoon of bacon drippings.
  2. While bacon is frying, divide beef into two equal 3 ounce portions.
  3. Flatten one portion of meat into a thin patty, and place on a small plate.
  4. Sprinkle meat with 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, and top with cheese, then top cheese with the chopped onion.
  5. Take remaining meat and make a patty the same size as the first, then place on top of cheese and make sides are pinched together, so there will be no leakage.
