cajun rub
(1 RATING)
This has just the right amount of spice and sweetness to this rub, it is simple and easy to make. I used this rub on a Flat Iron Steak, however, I am sure it could be used on any other meats. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasonings
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon white or cider vinegar
- 1 pound flat iron steak
How To Make cajun rub
-
Step 1Combine first five items, mix well. I used these measurements for a small cut of meat, however, it is easy to adjust for a larger cut.
-
Step 2Rinse your meat and pat dry. Rub mix all sides of your meat, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for about 20 minutes.
-
Step 3Light your outdoor grill and grill until desired doneness. We prefer medium. For the 1 pound Flat Iron Steak, it took about 20 minutes to grill.
