I serve this alot when I have to carry a dish somewhere. I also serve it with a pot of cajun beans. I have people that can't believe that it's cabbage, you just can't get stop eating add, beans, cornbread and you got some good groceries

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 medium onion
- 6 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked long grain rice
- 1 can 14 1/2oz stewed tomatoes
- 1 can 8oz tomato, sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
How To Make cajun cabbage

Step 1In large Dutch oven, brown ground beef;add onion. Cook onions until transparent ;add the rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water seasonings and cabbage. Cover and bake at 375 for 50-60 or until cabbage is tender. Freezes great Note:if it looks dry you can and water or another can of tomato sauce just depends on your taste!
