Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 - onion, sliced thin
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup converted rice, uncooked
- 10-oz cans tomato soup
- 10-oz cans water
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
How To Make cabbage roll casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 325F.

Step 2In large fry pan, brown meat in oil for few minutes. Add onion, salt and pepper. Drain.

Step 3Add rice, mix well. Add soup and water.

Step 4Put cabbage in baking dish, pour rest over it and do NOT stir.

Step 5Bake in 325F oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
