Ingredients For cabbage roll casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1
    onion, sliced thin
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 c
    converted rice, uncooked
  • 10-oz can
    tomato soup
  • 10-oz can
    water
  • 3 c
    cabbage, shredded

How To Make cabbage roll casserole

    Preheat oven to 325F.
  • 2
    In large fry pan, brown meat in oil for few minutes. Add onion, salt and pepper. Drain.
  • 3
    Add rice, mix well. Add soup and water.
  • 4
    Put cabbage in baking dish, pour rest over it and do NOT stir.
  • 5
    Bake in 325F oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
