Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 - onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
  • 10 ounces tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 3 cups cabbage, shredded

How To Make cabbage roll casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325.
  • Step 2
    In large frypan, brown meat in oil for few minutes; add onion, salt and pepper, then drain.
  • Step 3
    Add rice, mix well.
  • Step 4
    Add soup and water.
  • Step 5
    Put cabbage in baking dish, pour rest over it and do NOT stir.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
