    ground beef
  • 1 tsp
  • 1
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    rice, uncooked
  • 10 oz
    tomato soup
  • 1 can(s)
  • 3 c
    cabbage, shredded

How to Make Cabbage Roll Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In large frypan, brown meat in oil for few
    minutes; add onion, salt and pepper, then drain.
  3. Add rice, mix well.
  4. Add soup and water.
  5. Put cabbage in baking dish, pour rest over it and do NOT stir.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
