Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 - onion, thinly sliced
- 8 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 cup rice, uncooked
- 10 ounces tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
How To Make cabbage roll casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 325.

Step 2In large frypan, brown meat in oil for few minutes; add onion, salt and pepper, then drain.

Step 3Add rice, mix well.

Step 4Add soup and water.

Step 5Put cabbage in baking dish, pour rest over it and do NOT stir.

Step 6Bake for 1 hour, uncovered.
