  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce or spag sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes
  • 3 1/2 lb
    chopped cabbage
  • 1 c
    uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 can(s)
    beef broth 14 oz

How to Make Cabbage roll Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet brown beef drain fat
  2. Mix everything else together but broth pour into 9*13 pan
  3. Pour broth over
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered
  5. Stir cover again and bake for another 30 minutes or longer if needed
