Hearty filling meal. Tastes like stuffed cabbage rolls but with out all the work. Yum!
Ingredients For cabbage-rice casserole
1head of cabbage shreded
1 clong-cooking rice, uncooked
2 lbground beef,browned
28 ozjar of spaghetti sauce
How To Make cabbage-rice casserole
1Place cabbage in the bottom of greased 13X9 baking pan, spread rice on top. pour 2 cups water over rice. Spoon beef on top of rice. Pour sauce evenly over beef, bake uncovered at 375 for 1 1/12 hours to 2 hours. Mix together before serving. serves 6
