Try this comforting cabbage and beef casserole when you need an easy dinner on a cold day. Cooking the cabbage in beef broth adds a rich, savory flavor to the cabbage. Mixed with the cooked rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato soup, it creates a hearty filling. Layered with the cooked, shredded cabbage, it's a great casserole dinner.
