This is a recipe by Ted Reader that I tweaked to make my own...the secret ingredient that makes these burgers so good is the butter!! Enjoy...theses are awesome !!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds regular or lean ground beef
- 4 tablespoons butter,softened
- 4 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard, any type
- 1 pinch dried hot pepper, cayenne or ancho or whatever you like
- - 12 hamburgers buns
How To Make butter me up burgers

Step 1Mix together the beef with the butter and all the ingredients seasoning it with s/p to taste. Don't handle the meat too much as it will make your burgers tough.Pat into 1/4 pound patties or I have a hamburger gadget that I weigh the meat into 4 ounces and toss into the container that presses it into perfect round disks. At this point freeze or light your Q and cook. So yummy and these are all the condiments we had when I cooked these this week for company. Enjoy.
