How to Make Butter Me Up Burgers

  1. Mix together the beef with the butter and all the ingredients seasoning it with s/p to taste.
Don't handle the meat too much as it will make your burgers tough.Pat into 1/4 pound patties or I have a hamburger gadget that I weigh the meat into 4 ounces and toss into the container that presses it into perfect round disks.
At this point freeze or light your Q and cook.
So yummy and these are all the condiments we had when I cooked these this week for company. Enjoy.
  2. Chipotle mayo
    Homemade mustard
    BBQ sauce
    sliced old cheddar
