Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 12 ounces corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Step 1In large skillet combine oil and onion.

Step 2Saute until tender.

Step 3Add ground beef.

Step 4Stir to brown.

Step 5Drain off fat.

Step 6Add mushrooms, corn and soup.

Step 8Season to taste.

Step 9Cook noodles in salted water;

Step 11Mix noodles, meat and 1/2 cup cheese.

Step 12Spoon into a 2 quart casserole.
