burt reynolds meat marinade
I've had this recipe for at least 30 years. Don't remember where I saw it but I wrote it down and used it many times. It is great for steaks, like flat iron, or skirt steak.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- dash tobasco or hot sauce your choice
- dash ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons kentucky bourbon
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons butter
- dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon kentucky bourbon
How To Make burt reynolds meat marinade

Step 1Just add all ingredients together and pour into a large zip lock bag along with meat and marinade for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Step 2For the sauce melt butter in a sauce pan and then add rest of the ingredients keep warm until ready to serve
