burt reynolds meat marinade

I've had this recipe for at least 30 years. Don't remember where I saw it but I wrote it down and used it many times. It is great for steaks, like flat iron, or skirt steak.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • dash tobasco or hot sauce your choice
  • dash ginger
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons kentucky bourbon
  • SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon kentucky bourbon

How To Make burt reynolds meat marinade

  • Step 1
    Just add all ingredients together and pour into a large zip lock bag along with meat and marinade for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Step 2
    For the sauce melt butter in a sauce pan and then add rest of the ingredients keep warm until ready to serve
