1 1/2 lbground beef

1 pkg14 oz smoked sausage

4hoagie rolls
- CRANBERRY KETCHUP

3tomatoes
-
1 ptcherry tomatoes

1/4 cred onion chopped

1/2 cdried cranberries

6whole sundried tomatoes

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbsplime juice
How To Make burger wrapped sausage with cranberry ketchup

1In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the sausage and hoagie buns. Mix well

2Open the sausage and cut each sausage in half. Wrap the ground beef mixture around the sausage. Cook in a large skillet turning often until burger is no longer pink. Place in hoagie bun and cover with cranberry ketchup

3For the ketchup. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil reduce to simmer and simmer 15 minutes. Let cool then add to a food processor. Process until well incorporated. Push through a fine mesh strainer pushing the solids to extract all the flavors. Discard the solids.
