Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup mini shell pasta or elbow
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon each cornstarch and paprika
  • 2 teaspoons each garlic and onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make burger mac & cheese

  • Step 1
    Brown the beef in a large skillet. Drain. Add the boiling water and pasta to the skillet. Cover and simmer 15 minutes until pasta is cooked.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl whisk the milk and cornstarch until smooth. Add to the skillet and then add the onion, garlic, paprika, and mustard powder. Stir until combined.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the cheese and cook until cheese melts. Taste and adjust for salt and Pepper. Serve garnished with parsley
