Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup mini shell pasta or elbow
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon each cornstarch and paprika
- 2 teaspoons each garlic and onion powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- parsley for garnish
How To Make burger mac & cheese

Step 1Brown the beef in a large skillet. Drain. Add the boiling water and pasta to the skillet. Cover and simmer 15 minutes until pasta is cooked.

Step 2In a bowl whisk the milk and cornstarch until smooth. Add to the skillet and then add the onion, garlic, paprika, and mustard powder. Stir until combined.

Step 3Stir in the cheese and cook until cheese melts. Taste and adjust for salt and Pepper. Serve garnished with parsley
