Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- salt and pepper
- dill weed
- 1 package avocado ranch chopped salad mix (9 oz)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
How To Make burger bowl with dill pickles

Step 1Add the ground beef and mushrooms to a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and dill weed. Cook until no longer pink. Let cool to room temperature.

Step 2Divide the salad from the kit into 4 bowls. Top with the burger mushroom mixture, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and avocado slices.

Step 3Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with the avocado ranch dressing from the kit.
