This is one of my Grandmothers recipes. The copy I have is in her hand writing. The soup makes the burger really juicy and tender. Everyone asks for the recipe. I hope everyone here enjoys as much as we have!

Ingredients
- 1 lb - ground chuck
- 2 tablespoons onions chopped
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- TOPPING
- 1 can green beans (cut) i use french cut
- 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make burger bean cups

Step 1Mix first 8 ingredients together and form into 4-5 inch patties. Hollow the patties out into cups cups(like potatoes that you want to put gravy on).

Step 2Open the green beans and heat them for 5 min. drain and combine it with 3/4 can of cream of mushroom soup and fill the cups.

Step 3Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees.
