burger bean cups

This is one of my Grandmothers recipes. The copy I have is in her hand writing. The soup makes the burger really juicy and tender. Everyone asks for the recipe. I hope everyone here enjoys as much as we have!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground chuck
  • 2 tablespoons onions chopped
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/4 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • TOPPING
  • 1 can green beans (cut) i use french cut
  • 3/4 can cream of mushroom soup

How To Make burger bean cups

  • Step 1
    Mix first 8 ingredients together and form into 4-5 inch patties. Hollow the patties out into cups cups(like potatoes that you want to put gravy on).
  • Step 2
    Open the green beans and heat them for 5 min. drain and combine it with 3/4 can of cream of mushroom soup and fill the cups.
  • Step 3
    Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees.
