(1 RATING)
Hungry kids - these fill them up on the same amount of meat it would take to make four large burgers. Serving size is 3 sliders per person.

How To Make burger, bacon and cheese sliders
-
Step 1mix meat with egg and Worcestershire sauce in a plastic bowl.
-
Step 2Make into 12 small burgers. I make my patties thinner in the middle than on the edges.
-
Step 3Cook in large skillet on both sides until done.
-
Step 4Meanwhile, cook bacon and drain on paper towels
-
Step 5Cut rolls in half using a good, sharp bread knife that will not bend the bread.
-
Step 6Cut cheese into twelve 4 X 4 squares for topping on sliders.
-
Step 7Melt cheese on sliders once they are cooked all the way through.
-
Step 8Assemble little sliders on bakery bread and choice of condiments with a wedge of lettuce on each. Place a broken slice of bacon on each burger criss-cross.
-
Step 9Serve hot.
