- 2 pounds sirloin steak
- 1/3 cup cup worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- - sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms (any kind)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cream sherry
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Step 1Combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, ginger and salt and pepper

Step 2pour over steak and marinate for several hours

Step 3Grill steak over medium-high heat until done to your liking
