A great one pot meal. You can also put this in a 275 degree oven and let it go all day or a crock pot set on low.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chuck roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1, 24 ounces can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, large dice
- 3 ribs - celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon low sodium beef base disolved in 1 cup of hot water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 small bay leaf
- 8 small red potatoes, unpeeled & quartered
- 1 cup fresh button mushrooms, sliced

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a large dutch oven

Step 2Dredge the cubed beef in the 1/2 cup of w/w flour

Step 3Brown the beef in the hot oil

Step 4Add all of the other ingredients, and enough hot water to just cover everything.

Step 5Bring to a boil, lower heat, simmer slowly until the beef is tender. About 2 hrs
