My mother who is Korean made this dish growing up. Her dream was to own and operate her own Resturant 10 years ago she opened up her own little diner,where she serves homestyle cooking as well 2 days a week she makes Korean dishes. which is a big seller in cowboy country.. Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pounds thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar ( granulated)
- 1 medium white onion ( sliced )
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
- dash sesame seeds
How To Make bulgogi

Step 1Place all ingredants in large bowl mix all together until it is all coated. place saran wrap over the bowl place in refrigerator for a couple hours until it is all marinaded then place in a hot pan saute until it is thoroughly cooked serve over rice.
