  • 1 1/4 lb
    beef (thinly sliced, less than 1/8-inch)
  • 1 medium

  • 5 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped green onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1
    kiwi fruit, minced(optional)

How to Make BULGOGI (marinated grilled beef)


  1. Slice onion
  2. Mix all sauce ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Put beef, onion and mix well
  4. Let stand 1-2 hours in refrigerator to marinate
  5. Adjust sweetness and saltiness with more or less sugar and soy sauce
  6. The best taste is achieved when it is grilled on a charcoal
  7. You can also cook it on frying pan or broiler
