We love burgers but not just a plain burger. We also love Hot Wings, so the thought of both together only made my mouth water more-- I have requests for the recipe every time I make them-- The chips give them a special touch that you have to try to appreciate it.

Ingredients For buffalo cheeseburger, crunchified

2 lb80/20 ground beef

1/3 lbpepperjack cheese, cubed small

3/4 cfranks red hot buffalo sauce, divided

1/4 cbleu cheese crumbles

1 creal mayonaise
-
1 cbuttermilk
-
1 pkghidden valley ranch dressing mix

6hamburger buns
-
1 pkgkettle cooked potato chips
How To Make buffalo cheeseburger, crunchified

1Mix mayonaise, buttermilk, dressing mix, and bleu cheese crumbles. Refrigerate to thicken.

2Mix ground beef, cubed pepperjack cheese, and several tablespoons of FRANKS Red Hot Buffalo sauce.

3Divide meat into 6 portions and shape into patties. Grill to desired doneness.

4Toast hamburger buns. On bottom bun spread more buffalo sauce, then put about 1 ounce of bleu cheese ranch, grilled meat pattie,and then top with a handful of Kettle chips and then top bun.
