Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground buffalo
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish

How To Make buffalo burgers

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients into bowl.
  • Step 2
    Make up into patties and grill.
  • Step 3
    Serve like a regular hamburger.
  • Step 4
    Tip: If you have a grill that tells the temperature, keep it down!
  • Step 5
    Or let the coals die down some.
  • Step 6
    Don\'t put lean buffalo meat in the flame. (Buffalo is a lean red meat and is some what dry so you have to cook it slowly to keep the juices in.)
