1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion , chopped
1 1/2 pounds potato , cooked and mashed
1/2 pound cabbage , chopped, finely ( about 2 cups)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

How To Make bubble and squeak

Step 1

Heat oil in frying pan.Add ground beef.Cook till brown.Set aside.

Step 2

In same pan,add onions till soft,remove and add to potatoes, cabbage,burger. Spoon into pan,flatten like a large cake.Cook about 15 min.Turn over,and brown the other side. Cut into warm wedges. ENJOY.....
