Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 cup rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cans beef consomme
How To Make brown rice casserole

Step 1Sauté onions, celery & mushrooms in butter.

Step 2Pour consommé in casserole dish, mix in rice and sautéed onions, celery & mushrooms.

Step 3Stir and bake at 350? for 1 hour in a covered casserole dish.
